Any good places to get some dim sum?

I have been to Ocean's Palace by Hong Kong City Mall and it is very good. They have a lot of variety to try from but it does get crowded on the weekends.

I had it at Ocean Palace, Fung's Kitchen and Kim Son. They area all good, but I have to say that Fung's Kitchen is the best -- their mango specialty and also their oysters are very good. I heard wonderful thing about their special dessert (it's the white thing -- unfortunately I haven't had it yet so I can't explain much here yet). But the quality of the food and dim sum is superior than the others.
However, for affordable dim sum (aka: more food for the buck...) Ocean Palace is the place to be.
