Cuz they are Sprint.. If you look up Sprint in the dictionary, you will see that it means crappy, poor reception, drop calls, roaming signal when you are in your own house, cell phone service. Really

Technically speaking, Sprint does not have the proper infrastructure to maintain a perfect cell phone area in the U.S. This is true with most cell companies also. Sprint overloads these infrastructures and that is why you have dropped calls, poor reception, etc..
Instead of focusing on trying to get more customers, they need to figure out a system or way to not overload their system. Quit spending money on those dumb commercials and put it to good use.

I have always used Verizon and can't every complain. No dropped calls, clear voice, etc..
