which server is good for central time?

hey guys
would any one recommend a good server for houston people?
i was in daggerspine for awhile but the problem is that the raid always start at 8 pm cali time therefore its hard for me to keep up with the raid

therefore i am thinking about switching to a new server
just wondering which one would be a good server for our time zone
