There are some questions as following confused us, 1. Should a laser Printer and office supplies entry Office equipment or Expense? 2.Which account does the$500 of A/R which be decided to write off entry ? If entry to Bad Debt Expense, shall we entry like Dr. Bad debt Expense................500 Cr. Allowance for uncollectible account....500 ? Why we don't entry like Dr. Allowance for uncollectible Account..........500 Cr. Accounts Receivable....................................500? Look forward your reply as soon as possible. Appreciate.
