Here is a question asked by one fo the classmate:
I cannot find message board so I sent this mail.
1. Are flyer bins, color copies,and printer toners expenses belongs to office expenses or separate in different account

2.1/31 Next nonth rent is sent out to us. We will pay it on 2/2 . Do we need do the transaction on 1/31?
Every month when we receive a bill like telephone bill ,internet bill ........ There is a due day. Do we do the transaction immediately or wait until we pay the bill then do the transaction.
