Exclusive feeling steakhouse on Westheimer, with primary dining on the second floor. 1 waiter per table. Excellent steaks. Try the Lettuce wedge, which is excellent here. Not as expensive as Taste of Texas, but on par with the standard offerings from Pappas brothers, with a less fancy interior. Still a lot of wood and bronze fittings, and overall a lovely restaurant, just not as rediculously posh as pappas. Smaller tables and small rooms encourage smaller parties and give an air of exclusivity, especially with the maitre d' whose desk seems more that of a receptionist. Pricing between 20 and 30 dollars, but be careful because everything is a la carte.
