Sugar Land. It is ranked number 3 in Money Magazine best place to live in the U.S.. They have great schools, a hip/trendy town center. They do have houses under 200K but you have to do some research to find it.

The commute is not too bad. It takes about 35-45 minutes with traffic. About 30 minutes without. There are two options:
1. Take 59 Southwest Freeway to downtown.
2. Take Fort Bend Tollway ( I think thats the name).
The latter depends on which part of Sugar Land you will be staying.
Of course, there is always park and ride which makes life a lot easier and no traffic woes to worry about.
Hope this helps!

Hi, if you want to find a decent house for that price range, find this lady.. www.chinatownconnection.com/phoebe-guo-houston-realtor.htmShe is a great realtor with lots of experience in the Sugar Land, Ft. Bend market.

Already email her and she ask how much I was going to spend, I said runder 200k, then no more reply. I guess my prices range is too low for her.
