I wanted to order something to go at San Dong Noodle but I am at work and do not have access to their to go menu. Unlike the restaurants found on this website, San Dong does not have any online presence (ie menu, and stuff) and I question myself why? I hear good things about this place so naturally I want to order from them but I do not know their food and prices. Why can't they put some money into a online page with menus like the restaurants listed here?
If they are as good as people say, they should spend more time satisfying customer needs. Seriously, what day and age are we in now? A restaurant without a website is called ancient and not complete. Just my 2 cents.

I had the same issue the other day. I called this new Korean restaurant in Chinatown and I asked if he had a menu online since all I had was internet access at work. Here is the funny part. I asked if he had an online menu so I can order something to go. He kept on saying yes, we have to go menu and for the next 5 minutes, this conversation went in circles. Finally, he knew what I was talking about and he said no. I gave up and that was that.
Now if most of these restaurants have menus online or have it like this website's format, then this world would be dandy. It would be so convenient for alot of people especially since we have no idea what to order from these places. Thank goodness I found this website's restaurant guide or else I would have not known what most of these restaurants are.

Its the culture factor. Chinese people tend to be more self-oriented, keep to themselves, don't bother or care about other than self mentality. The newer generations are more open minded and open towards people.

Chinese people are just cheap Seriously though, you will find that the younger generation owners more open-minded when it comes to trying new things or jumping onto a trendy bandwagon. It is true with most culture too.

It is true with most culture too. Cheap, true but most people whether Asian or not are cheap nowadays (thanks to high gas prices). I think it is more of an isolation stance that Chinese and Asian people take. Just see for yourself.. How many of those restaurants in Chinatown advertise in an American newspaper, magazine, etc.. None right?
