With a giant fiberglass crawfish on the roof and a red-checkered exterior, Ragin' Cajun has all the character of a mudbug (crawfish) shack in Louisiana. It specializes in fresh-boiled crawfish and home-cooked Cajun meals such as shrimp etouffee, bayou-style gumbo and red beans and rice. The boiled shrimp po'boy is packed with shrimp and a great value.
