Food here is inauthentic, made for people who think they are cultured and well traveled. The dumplings are made from frozen dumplings that you can buy in any self respecting asian grocery store. I would know, because I shop there and I buy those dumplings for myself at home. Also has an unholy selection of freaky condiments at each table. No, chinese people do not eat diced garlic as a condiment like they do soy sauce or chili oil.

Auntie Chang is too Americanized. If you want traditional Chinese dumplings, head to Lai Lai Dumpling House. Search for it on Chinatownconnection.com's website.
