econd row Jarrad Hoeata is set to sign for the Cardiff Blues from the Highlanders pending WRU clearance.
The 30-year-old has agreed personal terms with the region and is due to arrive next season to replace Bradley Davies, who is linking up with former Blues boss Dai Young at London Wasps.
