The service is not very good. I have been there several times dining in but there were two times that were quite bad. The first time, we ordered the fried noodles with the sauce and we told them to separate it because we were going to take the rest to go, but they still put the two things together, so we couldn't take it to-go and so we ask if they could fry another set of noodles, and they said it was $5 more. Come on, I could fry more noodles at home for less than that. I've been to other Chinese restaurants in the area, and they taste better than that. But whatever, the dumplings are good, so it keeps us coming back (although too much MSG) And then the second time, they friggin forgot our order and we waited for 10-15 minutes. I think our waitress even left early. And then they told us they forgot the order and they're going to make it right now. It's stupid, shouldn't you ask the customers whether we still wanted to wait, but nope, they still continue to make us wait, and they didn't comp us or give us any dessert afterwards. It's like screw you, I'm not coming back again. Crappy service and only the dumplings are good. And they friggin' rush us to order each time. It's like, are you blind LADY? We're still looking at the menu aren't we? Now, not even the dumplings will get me to come back. The next time I go around there, I'll visit the better serviced, and better tasting restaurant there, Sinh Sinh. Thank you very much.

[quote author=foodie board=post thread=1141191550 Service: It can be impatient, unfriendly, but that's fairly typical for Hong Kong restaurants. Get used to it if you want the best (especially Cantonese) food. Otherwise, stick to Kim Son, P. F. Chang's, places in the Village, or even Panda Express. [/quote] What kind of theory is that? Even if you say the food is good, it doesn't mean customers have to sit through unpleasant services. Just like a Canto/HK phrase I heard before, "In this day, this type of service attitude is not acceptable."
